This is a loving reminder that we are divinely precious. Hold that awareness in your perceptions, your posture and interactions. One of the creative things I love to do to is create Intention Boards. When I started making them over ten years ago with a few of my favorite friends, we were inspired by using the energy of Spring to intend and guide our lives in a more inspired way. Designing what we wanted to experience in our lives was empowering. Putting visual representations of what we felt were important to us on these poster boards was not only freeing -- it was self-permitting. We were saying YES to our hopes and dreams. We were announcing to the world -- the divine universe -- that we were taking charge of Co-creating our lives. At the time we made them more in the tune of "wish for what we want". Some years later, I remember watching the movie "The Secret" (do you remember that phenomenon, *|FNAME|*?). I was like YES! We do that. I still have my most memorable one I made back then. It was one of my most designed at the time. I used the Feng Shui Bagua to structure how I was going to create my dream board. It was so important to me, I framed it! Actually, creating that Vision Board led to my Practitioner Certification in Feng Shui, among other life purpose realizations and actualizations! Anyway, since then, I began teaching workshops on Creative Intention Boards using the power of Feng Shui. You may even know me from one of my classes, actually. My most cherished one was at Being in Balance, Center for Sound Wellness when it was still in Nutley, NJ, when I gave a class to kids during their summer camp. It was precious! Well, more recently in the last few years, I have used the power of visioning through creative intention in a more focused and directive way! I have used more intuitive insight, symbolic guidance and embodied meditation, while harnessing through the power of timing, to really invoke what my heart and soul -- my spirit -- wants and is here to create and make womanifest. ;) More encompassing, this type of visioning allows for us to have the vibrational map that we align and entrain to. At times, its breath brushes past us to catch our attention, and swirls around us until we allow it to gently descend upon our awareness, like a falling feather or snowflake, gently falling in the breeze. Sometimes, we even let it rest on our hearts for awhile. Do you let it seep in? At sublime times, the magic comes in purposeful and penetrating... pure, landing right where we need it most -- right in the center of our soul, arousing us to the Spirit of life... Rejuvenating and reminding us that we are all a part of this Spirit, divine and infinitely connected. Do you let it infuse in? Or sometimes, the spirit comes in like a blowing blizzard and fills our heart and soul in ways that help us feel the pain of loss to those we hold dear deep down inside. Or even more so, to the aspects of ourselves that we are feeling disconnected to and may not express. If we let it in long enough, it can help us honor ourselves wholly. The moon effects our emotional life just like it effects the tides. Our body is made up of a significant amount of water, which relates to our emotional and hormonal systems. Time for a good soul cleansing and nourishment. Give yourself some "me" time and allow for what needs to be felt, acknowledged and expressed. Let the tears run, our natural healing and cleansing system. Create sacred space, do some journaling, take a mineral bath or take a walk in nature. Give yourself this space to express any old anger or frustrations that are coming up, too. As all emotions, they need to be cycled out and transmuted. Breathe. Deeply.  If not, old hurts and pains may make their way and seep into your interactions, thoughts and actions. You may even say something you might later regret, which will most likely make you feel worse. During this full moon time, you may feel angry and not know why or sad or even numb. These are all clues that you may be in need of some time to go within and do an emotional purge.
So take some time for yourself tonight, tomorrow or whenever you need it in the next couple of days and see what is coming up to be shifted and released.
