Holiday Magic

​Do you feel it? The Holiday Magic in the air that fills our heart and re-awakens our soul? It comes in like a mist and lingers in the atmosphere throughout the spirit of December. At times, its breath brushes past us to catch our attention, and swirls around us until we allow it to gently descend upon our awareness, like a falling feather or snowflake, gently falling in the breeze. Sometimes, we even let it rest on our hearts for awhile.

Do you let it seep in?
At sublime times, the magic comes in purposeful and penetrating... pure, landing right where we need it most -- right in the center of our soul, arousing us to the Spirit of life... Rejuvenating and reminding us that we are all a part of this Spirit, divine and infinitely connected.

Do you let it infuse in?

Or sometimes, the spirit comes in like a blowing blizzard and fills our heart and soul in ways that help us feel the pain of loss to those we hold dear deep down inside. Or even more so, to the aspects of ourselves that we are feeling disconnected to and may not express. If we let it in long enough, it can help us honor ourselves wholly. And if we let the presence fully in, we can let it carry us in ways that moves us through soul healing.

Do you let it soak in

The Holiday Spirit, like Magic, can be very powerful and moving, if we allow it to be. If we choose it to be.

How about letting the Magic permeate you, this coming week. Let it flow, fill and move through you. In your interactions, your self-talk, your beingness and within you, exude the holiday spirit of love and kindness and deep appreciation.


See what happens. It will make your life more magical, a little or a lot. Depends on you. You will have to try it and see. Maybe, if inspired,
you may even allow it to flow into the following week and then some.

For now, a moment at a time is all that is needed. Just like living life. Every moment counts. Make it Holiday Spirit Magical!
