Some of the waves began when making the hard but fruitful decision of letting go of my Crystal Way practice for some time (be back for a bit soon) and my home in Alameda, Ca to move into the beauty of living in sacred women's circle with Shakti RIsing, a wonderful organization I've been a part of since 2014. Continuing my practice at Scarlet Sage Herb & Co in the San Francisco Mission District  a few days while supporting Casa Luna y Lobos AND diving into myPRIESTESS POWER PATH PROGRAM that officially began early Autumn andunofficially began in the Summer templating the MISTRESS OF THE MOON - SACRED CIRCLE (preparing its opening temple doors on 12/22 with the Full Moon in Cancer -- ruled by the Moon. 💜)

AND now heading back to the SF Bay area after a powerful 6-month journey in Sacramento! Yes! I will be living at a 60+ Horse ranch with the majestic and magical freedom spirit of the horses after saying yes to my dear friend and Shakti sister's invitation. We will be listening deeper to the soul whispers as we support each other during the Winter months. We will be cultivating restorative seeds while leaning into the temperance of this cycle.

I will be dreaming and weaving as I intuitively design for the emergence into Spring. Embracing. Shedding. Going In. Dancing the Spiral Dance.

1. Natural Elements like plants; water bowls with river stones; flowers and petals – the more the space emulates a natural setting the better.
2. Soothing colors like pastels, neutrals from natural settings that conjure up serenity.
3. Candles or oils made of pure materials and scents, 
4. A few images that evoke love and self-love, serenity and what feelings you want to evoke in your life.
5. Essences or essential oils that help you tune in and favorably affect your state of being.
6. Journals, self-expression accoutrements, favorite poems or affirmations.
7. Pillows or blankets, luxurious and comfy materials, robe, shawl or scarves to sensually wrap around, love and beautify your body.
8. Natural creams, lotions or oils; body brush, washcloth dipped in elixirs to bathe your body and any other self-loving needs.

Create your oasis aligned to your personal style, from Zen to Opulent or Elegant or Eclectic – make it personally express you, so it's both aesthetically and functionally pleasing to you.

One of the most powerful things I’ve witnessed in the women I’ve mentored is the beauty they exude when they strengthen their relationship to their feminine essence. 

This inherent magnetic quality intensifies when self-love and attention are brought inward into their presence, emanating a glow of deep knowing and self-assurance.

The feminine essence is nourished through the receptive flow of sensibility and grace. Sensibility is the ability to appreciate, receive, and respond easily to the complex expressions of aesthetics—that is, beauty and love. 

By tuning into their natural innate sensibility, women draw in more love.

Always come back to your presence. Breathe into your body. Move your body slowly, rhythmically. Feel your life in your body. Tune into your source – your inner beauty. The gift of this connection invokes the senses and awakens your sensuality.

Learn to “see” through your senses. The more you tap into your feelings through sensations, the more you awaken your senses. The openness that happens in your presence through this awareness helps you expand the natural flow of giving and receiving love. Tuning into your essence in this way helps you know more about your unique essence. I call this inner sensing, where you get to visualize through your senses and where your power lies.

Practice evoking your senses. Start by creating a comfortable environment in a private setting in your home. Create sacred space. Sit in a comfortable position, preferably on the floor on a plush blanket or towel. Center yourself with long and deep breaths throughout this exercise. Take pleasure in evoking each of the senses—sight, touch, smell, taste, and hearing. Tune into any sensations that come up in your body, any emotions or changes. Record your experience for each sense. Let them speak to you. Allow your creativity to flow, and journal, paint or voice record your observations, awareness and insights.

Happy Mother's Day!

I am feeling really grateful for the opportunity to have spent some time with my mom recently at my sister's wedding. She was radiant and in her beautiful natural graciousness. She made sure to thank each and every person that night. She gave gratitude to all who made it to the wedding weekend to celebrate her daughter, my sister and new son-in-law's special day. 

She danced. She beamed. She made it more special than it already was. She even jumped in the water at the beach, something she has always been reticent about. She was proud of herself and laughing out loud that she enjoyed herself so much in the waves. ​

The 3 Gifts My Mother Bestowed to Me
My mother has a lot of beautiful qualities. Some I have already mentioned above. Here are a few more I love and cherish about her.

She has a wonderful sense of adventure and appreciation of humor, something that we as family love and possess. If you know us, we are usually the ones at the table making each other laugh. Which is great for my mother because she gets to showcase her fabulous smile. Something I always get compliments on is my smile and I know that I have her to thank for. 

She also has lots of spunk and energy to keep doing what she needs to do and what she loves to do. If you already know my mother, you may already know what I mean.  So you most likely know of her strength, beauty and loving ways. Especially, know how supportive she is. She is always there for us, my siblings and I, and for her grandkids. She always manages to even extend her arms, love and support to our friends and loved ones.

She has many gifts to offer. Below are three I would like to share with you. I hope to inspire you to tune into how you embody these powerfully important gifts that make up an important part of your beingness and the essence of a woman.

Gift 1: Compassion

My mother has such a deep compassion for others. She has shown that to us through her many actions. I remember her always giving to her "caridades" (charities), growing up even though we ourselves were of modest in means. She has conveyed that people need help and we must do what we can to give what we can to others in need. We must be grateful for what we have and what we can offer to others. This was one of her many ways she expressed her compassion.

Gift 2: Exude Love

My mother, Angela, exudes love. Growing up we could feel her love. She had it in her presence. She showed her love in the way she was with us. Although, she always showed it through caressing and hugging, she knew how to make you feel it just in her presence. We know... I know... she deeply loves.

Recently, I was told by a mentor of mine, that I have a lot of love to give and that I have lots of love in my presence. I honor my mother to showing me by example and being who she was -- her essence as a woman. 

Gift 3: Grace & Substance

My mother has grace. When she is present, she is poised and has an effortless elegance about her. She exudes a woman of substance! In her way and mannerism, she is always graceful. How she chooses her words and what she chooses to bring into her life shows that she is refined in her own way. She has always taken care of how she presents herself to the world, which shows care and respect. These are all characters of Inner Beauty, Grace and Substance.

Thank you Mami for showing these virtues and gifts through your presence and being a wonderful role model to me. I am continuing to learn how to embody them more fully, with love and appreciation to you.

My hope is that these inspire you to radiate your own gifts that you have intrinsically and those you have been bestowed to you by your mother.
