Spring Equinox, Rebirth and Journaling Prompts for Soul Care

Spring Equinox is the day of RE-BIRTH! The energy from the inward focused and restorative time of Winter emerges with rejuvenated vigor. Spring Equinox energy is just like the moment the butterfly bursts through the chrysalis after its transformation. -- the portal into the New Season of Spring.

So many words come to mind when I think of Spring; rebirth, optimism, bloom, aliveness. As we connect to this new found Spring energy, it's a good practice to nourish the seeds that were planted through winter. Especially with the added Solar Eclipse AND Supermoon, this a great time to look back, revisit and reflect upon the winter months. 


As I meditated on my past winter, I recalled my workshop I facilitated this past February called, Art of Feminine Presence - Essence-tials. During this workshop, I helped the women tune into their inner beauty through body expression. It was soul fulfilling to see women engaging in this intimate way and honoring their essence through movement. We shared essential oils as part of Soul Care and made new friends. 

I remembered something a private client wrote to me recently: "Thank you for the words of encouragement.  It's so good to get your perspective.  I guess I've never been taught about making friends and soul care".  What she explained ran deeply for me, as these are essential for self-love so I felt I needed to share with you the importance of - Soul Care. Like Spring's blooms are being watered, it's essential for women to tend and nourish their feminine essence.
With added Solar Eclipse AND Supermoon this a great time to look back, revisit and reflect upon the winter months. Ask yourself and journal about:

• What dreams do you want to have take root and grow in your life?
• What recurring themes presented themselves to you that you are ready to let go of? 
• What has shifted and transformed that no longer serves you?
• What came out of them and wants to come forward into your life?
